Please read before making a reservation

Reservations

All room reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Ananta Home. Enquiries submitted through the website do not constitute a confirmed booking until you receive a confirmation email from our team.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: from 1:00 PM
Check-out time: by 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night cancellation charge. No-shows will be charged for the full first night. Ananta Home reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (Nepali Rupees) or by credit and debit card. Card payments are subject to a 4% processing surcharge, which is standard practice in Nepal. Rates are quoted in Nepali Rupees and include complimentary breakfast for all guests.

House Rules

Ananta Home is a non-smoking property throughout. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, gatherings, or events in rooms are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Ananta Home reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave in cases of disruptive behaviour.

Complimentary Breakfast

A complimentary breakfast is included with every room. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in our dining room. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Airport Transfers

Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged on request. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Transfer charges apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

Ananta Home takes reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of all guests. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
