We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks.

We collect this information solely to respond to your booking enquiry and to arrange your stay at Ananta Home. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Who We Share It With

Your enquiry data is processed through EmailJS (emailjs.com), a third-party email delivery service, in order to deliver your message to our inbox. EmailJS processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Our website also embeds Google Maps to display our location. Google’s privacy policy applies to any data collected through that embedded map.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain enquiry emails for up to 24 months for the purpose of booking records and guest correspondence. If you would like your data deleted, please email us at anantahomenepal@gmail.com and we will action your request within 14 days.
